And that's it here at the San Siro. Rocchi's late strike secures the three points for Inter, who move up to fifth in Serie A. They haven't played like a top five team today, but I doubt Stramaccioni will mind too much, especially with his squad as depleted as it is.

One last attack for the visitors as Sansone crosses to the back post, Benalouance is unmarked, but he can't quite leap high enough to head towards goal.

Amauri goes for goal, but Chivu remains tight to the Parma man and as the striker goes for goal, the Inter defender blocks and the ball bounces into the hands of Handanovic.

Kuzmanovic wins his side a free kick deep in Parma territory and takes his time getting to his feet as he looks to run down the clock.

We're into added time now at the San Siro as Santacroce is unmarked in the Inter box. He drives for goal, but is called offside.

Inter counter attack and the ball eventually finds its way to Jonathan. If he’d looked up, he would’ve seen Alvarez unmarked at the back post, but instead feeds into Zanetti. The Argentine’s effort is weak, however, a the veteran defender toe pokes his effort wide of the Parma goal.

Entering the final minutes at the San Siro. Should the score remain like this, Inter will move up to fifth in Serie A.

Garritano wins his side a free kick having been fouled by Benalouance to relieve the pressure on the Inter defence.

Final change for Parma as Marchionni is taken off for Galloppa.

Chivu called into action early on as Benalouance surges forward and pulls the trigger from distance. His shot is read all the way by the Romanian and the ball drops into the hands of Handanovic.

Stramaccioni making his second substitution of the game and, unsurprisingly, it’s a defence minded one with goalscorer Rocchi withdrawn for Chivu.

The goal has seen the Parma defence push higher up the pitch as Inter look to add a second. However, Rocchi’s run isn’t read by Alvarez and the visitors can clear.

GOAL! Inter take the lead with eight minutes to play. Rocchi pulls back to the penalty spot and is picked out by Jonathan. He scuffs his effort, but it spins away from Mirante and finds its way into the back of the Parma net.

The ball spends a lot of the time in the air around 20 yards from the Inter goal before Ranocchia can eventually hoof clear from danger.
