Cambiasso smashes a volley inches wide of the goal from 25 yards. Much, much better from Inter. The visitors almost caught napping there.

Inter earn their second corner of the match. Ball breaks to Coutinho 25 yards out, but his shot deflects narrowly wide. Almost the opening goal for Inter.

Cuadrado darts to the edge of the Inter box. Narrowly fails to pick out Romulo. Best move of the match so far with Inter all over the place in their own half.

Coutinho brings down Cambiasso in the home box and that will be a free-kick to the visitors. No real pattern so far to this Inter side. All very shapeless.

Tomovic brings down Milito and that will take the pressure off of Inter a bit here. Fiorentina looking far from overawed about this match.

Antonio Cassano has already scored six goals against Fiorentina in Serie A - only against Juventus and Parma has he netted more with seven.

Cassano tries to pick out Milito seconds later, but enough white shirts back defending the cross. A very solemn sort of atmosphere in the San Siro.

Gargano crunches into the back of Pizarro and that will be a free-kick to the visiting side.

Not exactly a full house in the San Siro for this match. The visiting side earn an early corner before Coutinho brings the ball clear for Inter.

Remember Inter are without Wesley Sneijder, Rodrigo Palacio, Cristian Chivu, Dejan Stankovic and MacDonald Mariga this evening. Cassano starting in attack alongside Milito with Coutinho offering some support.
