PALACE PICK UP DESERVED POINT AS HAMMERS FALTER
An enthralling London derby ended with honours even between West Ham and Crystal Palace, as Odsonne Edouard’s goal early in the second half cancelled out Mohammed Kudus’ opener.
The Hammers took the lead just 13 minutes in, lucky for some including Kudus who smartly finished off a counter-attack started by an inspired ping forward by James Ward-Prowse that Crystal Palace were always scrambling to recover from.
But the Eagles had started off brighter though and West Ham went further into the shell with a lead to protect, encouraging the visitors to press home their advantage with the ball.
And they were made to pay for that complacency when Edouard - who’d missed a chance just moments earlier - picked off Konstantinos Mavropanos’ no-look pass and coolly fired past Alphonse Areola to earn his side a deserved point.
West Ham would have hoped for better as their run of four successive victories came to a screeching halt, they remain ninth on the weekend Brighton and Manchester United both lost just ahead of them while Crystal Palace stay 12th.

FULL-TIME: WEST HAM 1-1 CRYSTAL PALACE
1-1 feels a fair result, both sides had chances to win it at the end but that Bowen header was the last chance to take home the spoils in this even London derby.

WAS THAT THE MOMENT?
Superb interplay between Riedewald and Olise earned the latter space to fire a low ball across goal from about eight yards out, but West Ham put it behind and that could be Palace's last chance.
West Ham then create their best chance since the goal 80 minutes ago but Bowen can't direct Fornals' cross towards goal with any power.

SIX MORE MINUTES
We're into added time now, will it be Soucek time too for the fourth game running?

PALACE HOLD FIRM
It's a like-for-like swap for Palace with Mateta entering the fray, more importantly it takes another 30 seconds off the clock as they face waves of home attackers.

10 MINUTES TO GO
West Ham have taken a tighter and tighter stranglehold over this one and Crystal Palace look more and more content to play for the draw here.

ANYONE'S GAME
We're inside the last 15 minutes and either side could claim in. Mavropanos climbed really well to direct a header across goal but it slides wide, Soucek will be licking his lips though. He's scored the winner in West Ham's last three matches with an average gaol time of 89.5 minutes...

STILL NO SUBS
No changes from either manager, Moyes' bench is certainly stronger given the wounded Eagles out of action but when will he use it?

PAQUETA CONTINUES
The forward is good to continue for West Ham, who break forward again but the deflected shot is just catching practice for Sam Johnstone.

HAMMERS PILE ON THE PRESSURE
West Ham have had their back up since the equaliser and continue to pressure the Palace goal. Paqueta is down though after catching an elbow to the face.

NO CORNER
The West Ham fans are up in arms as Kudus is denied a corner with the ball pinballing between him and Richards.

NOWHERE NEAR
James Ward-Prowse needs just one more free-kick goal to level David Beckham's Premier League record, but he'll need to earn it with a better effort than that, he fires it straight into the top of the wall and Palace break through Edouard...

GAME COMES ALIVE
That's really sparked this one into life! West Ham had been content to sit back after their early opener but there's so much more impetus about the hosts now, they've just won a free kick with Ayew scrambling back to defend against Kudus.
Palace remain a threat on the break too, GAME ON!

GOAL! WEST HAM 1-1 CRYSTAL PALACE (EDOUARD)
He's made amends there though! Konstantinos Mavropanos was the only enforced change for David Moyes but that's a howler - West Ham play out from the back and the Greek defender hits a no-look return ball for Aguerd, not seeing the Eduoard had come forward to cut out the passing lane.
He gratefully accepts the gift, bursting forward and finished back across goal beyond a despairing Areola.

HOW DID THEY MISS?!?
Olise won the free-kick in a great position after Paqueta didn't take too kindly to his nutmeg, and the Frenchman got up to ping a sumptuous ball into the box.
Guehi met it on the left to play it back across goal, but Eduoard can't reach it and Ward-Prowse does superbly to put it out and not into his own net.

EMERSON DOWN
Emerson went in for a slightly disjointed tackle on Joel Ward and came off second-best, seemingly banging knees with the Crystal Palace captain. The full-back stayed writhing around on the floor and Aaron Cresswell has hastily gone to warm up.

GOAL... DISALLOWED!
Alvarez took a quick through on the right to Kudus, who hit a first-time cross aimed at Soucek that bounced into the net. The move surprised everyone, unfortunately including Soucek who took a swing at it from an offside position, so it's chelked off much to Johnstone's relief.
