BERNARDO SILVA ON CITY'S 3-0 DERBY WIN
"It was good game for us. Apart from a few simple balls we lost, we didn't give them much to counter," he said on Sky Sports. "The first 30 minutes of the second half we were really good. The way we pressed, what we lacked against Arsenal, we were fabulous.
"When we come to these places, like Anfield and Old Trafford, we know what teams are waiting for us to lose the ball and counter. It is about the build up, not losing simple balls and controlling the game, and being slow in the first metres of our half and goal kicks. After then it is about breaking through to attack.
"It is never easy to come here to beat this team."

CITY EASE TO DERBY VICTORY
Erling Haaland scored his first derby goals at Old Trafford with a classy double as Premier League champions Manchester City coasted to a 3-0 drubbing of fierce rivals Manchester United.
The Norway forward tucked away a penalty for the opener on 26 minutes by sending United keeper André Onana the wrong way from the spot after VAR decided Rasmus Hojlund had pulled back Rodri in a crowded home area.
He added his 11th league of the season when he finished off a blistering sweeping move to power home a header from a Bernardo Silva cross on 49 minutes.
And Haaland then played provider to set up Phil Foden for the third on 80 minutes after Onana had denied the outstanding Rodri a goal of his own from a one-sided encounter.
Indeed, only a brilliant diving stop from Onana had prevented Haaland a second with a powerful header in added time in the first half with the United keeper also somehow swiping the ball away from the feet of Haaland early on his line after repelling a Foden header.
At the other end, City keeper Ederson showed his quality to tip a Scott McTominey volley over his bar late in the first half, but Erik ten Hag's struggling side were well beaten.
City move up to third in the table, behind Arsenal on goals scored, but only two points adrift of leaders Tottenham. United are eighth in the table on 15 points.

THERE GOES THE FINAL WHISTLE!
A late free-kick for City in the dying seconds. Haaland goes for his hat-trick, but straight into the wall and City win 3-0 in the derby. So, so easy. A third straight City win.

BOOKINGS ALL THE RAGE LATE ON
All a bit silly and needless. Bruno Fernandes and Antony both go into the book for the home side. And Doku has been booked for City.

THIS MATCH WELL AND TRULY OVER
United might be happy to get out of this one losing only three. Have offered little in this match. We are into four minutes of added time.

ERIKSEN TRIES TO GIVE UNITED HOPE
But they lack the creative spark to trouble City as a powerful Eriksen drive flies straight into the arms of Ederson from out wide.

FODEN TRIES AN OVERHEAD KICK
City fans doing the Poznan in the stands as Foden tries an overhead kick that flies a few yards wide of goal. Rain is on to mimic the mood of United.

NUMBER THREE FOR CITY!
All too easy as Foden tucks the ball home from the Haaland pass for the third goal of a one-sided affair. Onana halted the Rodri shot, but the suffering not over for the home fans. And a few United fans have seen enough as they head for the exits.

DOUBLE CHANGE COMING FOR UNITED
And not before time you might argue as Ten Hag decides to shuffle his pack for the closing 15 minutes or so. Sergio Reguilón replaces Victor Lindelöf and Alejandro Garnacho takes over from Rasmus Højlund.

ONANA DENIES HAALAND THE HAT-TRICK
Grealish playing provider with a terrific piece of vision to play in Haaland. Looks for all the world like 3-0, but the United keeper races off his line to make himself big and block a certain treble for the Norway striker.

REAL CHANCE OF A UNITED LIFELINE!
But not taken by Rashford as he controls a ball into the box, but only manages to drag his effort wide of the target. Eriksen with a delightful pass to pick out Rashford on the run.

UNITED FANS GETTING FRUSTRATED
Eriksen and Dalot both can't decide on who is going to cross the ball into the City area and the result of that attack ends with United being forced backwards.
