Hello and welcome to Hull City versus Southampton at the KC Stadium. The travelling Saints are still enjoying an incredible start to the season, sitting second in the Premier League table. The Tigers have had a strong start too, and, after away draws at Arsenal and Liverpool, should give Ronald Koeman's side a run for their money today.

Southampton win a corner after a slightly sloppy header away by McShane. Tadic's ball in doesn't beat the first man at the near post, though. For shame.

First sign of life from Hull as Diame shows his power and ability, surging into the box, playing a one-two and then dragging a shot across the six yard area before it is hacked away to safety. Better.

Southampton are in cruise control early on here, calmly passing the ball around from defence to midfield.

That was really not the start that Jakupovic was hoping for in front of his home fans. Southampton will be targetting him during the game.

It was an open goal but it was still a brilliantly controlled finish from Wanyama, who has suddenly learned to score this season.

GOAL! Hull City 0-1 Southampton. It's a terrible mistake from third choice goalkeeper Jakupovic as well. A rushed kick is played along the ground to Wanyama, who calmly lofts the ball into the net from 40 yards out. Excellent finish, horrible mistake.
