Spurs have an early free-kick they send all their big men up for. The initial effort is cleared but Spurs eventually win a corner. Dempsey is penalised for climbing on his marker.

Tottenham substitution: Steven Caulker replaces Sigurdsson. Bale will move back up to the left wing.

Demblele skips two challenges and lets fly from range but his effort is way off target. Frustration already beginning to show on the home side's faces.

Bale with his first real run down the left wing and he puts in a great cross. Shame for Spurs it's only Lennon in the area to try and attack it!

The longer this half has gone on the more QPR have become the dominant force in it. A few Spurs players are moaning at each other as another attack fizzles out.

The ball is chipped into the box by Dyer and Zamora hits the deck after leaping with Gallas, but the referee is not interested in any calls for a penalty.

So far QPR have had six shots - four on target - compared to Spurs' three efforts on goal which have all failed to test Julio Cesar.

Hoilett has a strike from range that Friedel gets down to parry with his right hand! QPR having by far the better of the chances so far.

Bale tackles Wright-Phillips but tries to set off on one of his runs and loses the ball by the halfway line.

That is Zamora's third league goal of the season. It is also QPR's third league goal of the season!

GOAL!! The ball comes to Faurlin on the edge of the SPurs box. He threads a through ball into Bobby Zamora's path and the former Spurs striker fnisihes on the turn past Friedel!

Dempsey had a goal disallowed harshly on his Spurs debut on Thursday in the Europa League game against Lazio.

Dempsey plays a one-two with Defoe and taps the return pass into the unguarded net, but he only does so because Defoe was miles offside as he received the ball in the area and the flag was up.

Hughes looks on nervously from the dugout, but Hoilett should be fine to continue.

Vertonghen and Hoilett clash knees as they both go in for a 50/50 challenge. Vertonghen walks away from it, but Hoilett is still on the floor being treated.

All five of the goals Tottenham have conceded so far this season in the Premier League have come in the second half.
