It's also a massive game for Arsenal, who need to win to stay ahead of Tottenham in the race for fourth. Arsene Wenger: "Both teams will go for it, it's a huge game for both of us. We are on a remarkable run and have been hugely consistent and our destiny is in our hands. Two months ago our destiny was not in our own hands; today it is. So let's finish the job."

Roberto Martinez on returning to reality after Wigan's FA Cup win: "It was a moment that changed the perception of our club for millions of people outside the UK and that is really positive, but it doesn't need to affect the next two matches."

It is just 72 hours since Wigan lifted the FA Cup in the greatest moment in their history. But defeat tonight will send them down, and a draw will give them only a theoretical chance of staying up - they would need to overturn an 11-goal deficit in goal difference behind Sunderland on the final day.

No surprise to see Wigan unchanged from the side that beat Manchester City at Wembley on Saturday. It is 10 days since Arsenal last played, winning 1-0 at QPR. They make just one change, with Kieran Gibbs replacing Nacho Monreal at left-back.
