15 minutes away from kick-off now, and here's a summary of the potential relegation rammifications: Blackburn are relegated with a draw or a defeat; Wigan stay up with a victory; a draw means Wigan would have to suffer a nine-goal swing on the final day to be relegated; a defeat means Wigan could be overtaken by one or both of Bolton and Blackburn on the final day.

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez: "We can't do that (play for a point), we're not that type of team. We're a team that needs to get on the ball and control games ourselves. We need to be brave in attack and defend with good intensity. We have played with bravery, been physically very strong and have enjoyed our football. That is a reflection of the hard work of the players on the training ground and that pleases me more than anything. The football club reacted to adversity."

Blackburn manager Steve Kean: "I feel as if (nerves) can give a positive edge. Sometimes you can look at the lads and think they are a little bit nervous and there is a negative energy, but they have looked bright and sharp on the training ground."

In-form Wigan are unchanged, and Di Santo has shaken off a calf problem to start up front for the visitors this evening.

Olsson returns for the home side after missing three games with a groin niggle. Orr makes it back to the starting XI as well following an Achilles injury. Goodwillie takes a place on the bench following his community service order last week for an incident in Glasgow last month.
