GOAL!! Samp try to play their way out of defence, but Accardi dithers on the ball and Emanuelson nicks the ball from him. The debutant slips the ball through to Pato on the edge of the box, and the Brazilian nutmegs his marker and smashes the ball into the top corner!
Ziegler is penalised for hauling Pato down. Samp are struggling to contain the league leaders at the moment.

GOAL!! Robinho and Merkel slightly bungle a short corner but the German still gets his cross in. Thiago Silva heads the ball down and Pato fires past Da Costa with a rasping clinical finish!
Van Bommel is shoved over in midfield as he jumps for a header with Mannini.
