The charges centre around Neymar’s move from Santos to Barcelona in 2013.
Brazilian firm DIS claim that they are still owed money from the deal, but have not been paid their full amount due to the total fee being disguised by the clubs and player's representative company.

Barcelona, Santos and the company owned by Neymar's father also had appeals rejected on Monday and will face trial.
Prosecution lawyers are believed to want a two-year sentence and fines of $10 million for both Neymar and his father, although neither would be likely to face prison time if found guilty due to their clean legal records.
