Who we are

TNT Sports Box Office is
operated and provided to you by DPlay Entertainment Limited (registered in
England with company number 09615785 and whose registered office is at Chiswick
Park Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YB, United Kingdom) (“WBD”,
"we", "us”, "our") on behalf of
TNT Sports Broadcasting Limited (registered in England with company
number 13545383 and whose registered office is Chiswick Park Building 2, 566
Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YB, United Kingdom).

What words mean
2.1
The following words have the
following meanings in the Terms Information:
(a)
"Event" means content offered to you via channels and live event
streams (including repeats) on a PPV basis via the Platforms.
(b)
"Platforms"
means the compatible platforms on which you are able to access the Events that
you have purchased. The platforms that are compatible to access TNT Sports Box
Office are:
(i)
BT set-top boxes;
(ii)
the Sky HD and Sky Q set-top
boxes, Sky Glass and Sky Stream;
(iii)
the TNT Sports Box Office
Online and TNT Sports Box Office App; and
(iv)
the Virgin TiVo, V6 set top
boxes, TV 360 set top boxes and Stream devices via the live events menu on
Virgin Media.
(c)
"PPV" means
where you make a one-off payment to view a scheduled Event for a defined period
of time.
(d)
"TNT Sports Box Office" means the making available of Events via the Platforms.
(e)
"TNT Sports Box Office
App" means the app where you can watch certain TNT Sports Box Office
Events once you have registered via TNT Sports Box Office Online.
(f)
"TNT Sports Box Office
Online'' means the TNT Sports Box Office online service at: https://sports-boxoffice.tntsports.co.uk/

What is this Terms Information
for?
3.1
This Terms Information provides
information on the Platforms from which you can purchase and view Events on a
PPV basis. Specific terms and conditions apply to each Platform.

access Events?
4.1
An Event can be
accessed in four different ways via the Platforms:
